Is important to take TOEFL and IELTS for The Beginner?

I have been staying in Pare for 3 months and I have got much knowledge about English, even life. For 25th January period, I registrated in Global English, took Writing One program. As the main purpose I come to Pare to study more about Grammar and Writing. I will not take TOEFL or IELTS because It is more important to focus on my purpose.

By the way about program in Pare, I have an interest topic to share. This post will be my first argue and it also becomes my first writing practice from my class in GE.

Is important to take TOEFL and IELTS course for the beginner?

For the writer, taking TOEFL and IELTS for beginner is not important. There are many reasons why the beginner must denied their obsession to reach the highest program in every place courses. First, the beginner must focus on practice their brain to receive new vocabulary. For the beginner who lack of vocabulary, they need to memorize because vocabulary is the pillar of English skill. If you do not know vocabulary, you can not speak even a word in English.

Second, the beginner must be able to fluently in speaking. There is a lot of English passive in this world. It is not good because speaking is really needed to talk to the native speaker. The beginner who does not know how to speak will be marked as someone who does not have English skill.

Third, before study TOEFL and IELTS people must understand Grammar. After practice speaking, people must understand grammar. It will be more important for the beginner to focus on Grammar because it is about structure and the misunderstanding of communication will be avoided.

In conclusion, the beginner does not need take TOEFL and IELTS. They must be able to join the program from the basic, step by step until they can join the highest program in the place course.
